Office Visit

What to expect:

  • Physical examination and medical history

  • Nutritional and physical activity counseling

  • Lab work (CBC, CMP, Lipid Panel, TSH & T4, A1c, B12, and Vitamin D)

  • Lipostat shots (B12, B6, inositol, and choline)

  • Body composition analysis via bio-impedance scale

  • Medications to assist with lifestyle modifications

    • Pharmacotherapy is customized to individual needs. We currently utilize Phentermine (Adipex), Qsymia, Semaglutide (Wegovy), and Tirzepatide (Mounjaro).

Telehealth Visit

We offer weight management services via telehealth to improve access, affordability, and availability.

What to expect:

  • Comprehensive medical history analysis

  • Nutritional and physical activity counseling

  • Remote lab work ordering if needed (CBC, CMP, Lipid Panel, TSH & T4, A1c, B12, and Vitamin D)

  • Medications to assist with lifestyle modifications

    • Pharmacotherapy is customized to individual needs. We currently utilize Semaglutide (Wegovy), and Tirzepatide (Mounjaro). We can use compounded medications from nationally accredited sterile pharmacies to assist with supply & demand and insurance issues.

  • Weight Loss Extras

    Labs- Lab work can be billed via insurance or as ‘self-pay’ utilizing the clinic’s discounted prices.

    Compounded Medications- Prices vary according to medication and dosage. Semaglutide-B6 ranges from $75-$180 a month, and Tirzepatide-B6 ranges from $150 - $400 a month.
