— Direct Primary Care · LaGrange, GA
Your doctor, without
the insurance company.
Longer appointments, prompt access, and direct messaging with your provider — for a flat $75 a month. No claims, no copays, no deductibles, no bureaucracy in the way.
— WHAT IS DIRECT PRIMARY CARE?
A simpler agreement between
you and your provider.
In the conventional model, premiums and expenses are spread across insurers, administrators, and regulators. Care decisions get driven by billing codes and the bottom line — not by what the patient actually needs.
Direct Primary Care replaces all of that with a low monthly membership paid directly to the practice. Cutting out the middleman means longer visits, faster access, and high-quality, patient-centered care at a more predictable price.

— COMMON QUESTIONS
Questions people ask.
-
No. A DPC membership is not health insurance and does not meet the ACA's definition of minimum essential coverage. It covers the primary care we provide here. We strongly recommend keeping a health plan for specialist care, emergency visits, surgery, and hospitalization — many members pair DPC with a lower-premium high-deductible plan.
-
Labs sent to outside labs, imaging (X-ray, ultrasound, CT, MRI), medications, vaccines, and supplies are billed separately at transparent cash prices. Specialist consultations, urgent care, ER visits, and hospital services are outside the membership. We'll always tell you the price before anything is ordered.
-
Membership runs on a one-year term, billed monthly, and renews automatically each year. You can end it at any time with 30 days' written notice before the last day of the month you want coverage to stop. Monthly fees already paid are non-refundable.
-
Our current membership agreement requires that members not be enrolled as Medicare beneficiaries. If you become Medicare-eligible during your membership, let us know and we'll discuss options. Memberships for ages 65 and older are priced and documented separately — reach out and we'll walk you through it.
-
No. We don't bill insurance, Medicare, Medicaid, or any third-party payer for services covered by your membership, and members agree not to submit claims for those services. That's what allows us to keep the price low and the visits long.

Employers pay $70 per employee per month with no minimum enrollment, plus a one-time $25 enrollment fee per person. You sign a simple agreement, send us your roster, employees enroll and meet their provider, and you receive one monthly invoice based on active enrollment. Spouses are $70/month and dependents aged 12–25 are $45/month.
