No. DPC covers everything we provide in our office. We recommend keeping insurance for hospitalizations, emergencies, imaging, and specialist care. Many families pair a DPC membership with a lower-premium high-deductible plan.

We coordinate the referral and stay involved throughout. Your membership doesn't cover outside services, but having a provider who knows your child and can advocate for them makes those transitions far smoother.

Membership runs on a one-year term, billed monthly, and renews automatically each year. You can end it at any time with 30 days' written notice before the last day of the month you want coverage to stop. Monthly fees already paid are non-refundable.

Vaccine counseling and prescribing through shared decision-making are part of your membership. The vaccines will be sent to a local pharmacy, where they are billed separately via insurance or self-pay.

Our pediatric program covers newborns through age 21. Adult memberships are available for ages 18–64, so the whole family can be cared for under one roof.

Outside lab work, imaging (X-ray, ultrasound, CT, MRI), medications, and vaccines are billed separately at transparent cash prices. Specialist visits, urgent care, ER visits, and hospital stays are also outside the membership — this is why we recommend keeping insurance alongside it.
